There's art that you look at and go "Meh", and then move on to look at something else. Then there's art that's somewhat amusing to you, and you spend a little bit of time on it. Finally, there's art that really makes you go "WOW!", and you analyze it for a good while.

This is one of those art pieces that makes you go "WOW!". It's so abstract, so colorful, so different, so unique, so eye-catching, that it really captivates you. It's one of those things that you add to your favorites right away, one of those things that makes you watch the artist, and one of those things that just begs for a comment (or critique).

Like "The Scent of the Night", this piece is filled with wonder. It's in a world that's familiar, yet alien enough to really intrigue you. The vibrant colors, teardrop-fire-rain, glowing orb, and upside-down dome shape, all add to the "alien" feel.

My favorite part about this artwork is the color. It's so vibrant, so bright; it gives a sense of playfulness. The color makes it seem the flower is straight out of a storybook, which is a very good thing. The fire rain also add to the storybook feel. Due to the rain's shape, a teardrop, they give the implication that they're harmless (even though they appear to be made of fire). Lastly, the yellow-green orb at the center of the flower ties the art together, giving that point where your eye is drawn to.

I love the depth of field effect. It creates and hints at a very detailed background, while bringing your attention to the orb. I also love the detail on the petals. This is something Lindelokse is very good at- making each petal unique, and so creating a very real looking flower.

My complaints- the water droplets on the petals look out of place. The rest of the art has such detail, and such a 3D look that the droplets just don't quite amount to. Don't get me wrong- the droplets look nice, they just seem out of place (they would fit more in a cartoon-ish drawing). Also, the shadows look a little too dark, and don't seem to fade gradual enough.

"Eternal" is another great win for Lindelokse! She has defiantly proved to be a fantastic artist with much attention to detail, and this piece shows that! Great job!

Thank you very much! I'm glad you like it :)
I never allowed anyone to distribute my images as phone wallpapers, I hope you didn't pay for it and that it wasn't included in the phone by the start!!!

This is so pretty. It looks magical, yet still biological. It's oddly hypnotic...

I love this. I got the impression in an abstract way, that this flower has a strong character and got caught crying firey tears but upside down...(sounds odd) but idk, i just really love this with the awkward nonsense i just blabbed. :XD:
