I found it in a Google Image search when looking for "Astral Circles"
They list your name as credit but fail to say it's a DeviantArt account. Also, under Application they have it listed for commercial use.
The only reason I found out they were yours is because their download link is taken straight from your download link here. I saw it was attached to a DA account and wanted to thank you, then saw that you had them listed 'No Commercial" and got concerned.
These are beautiful brushes and you deserve a lot more credit than this website is giving you, not to mention going against your permissions as far as usage.
